The title reflects two statements of my clients molded into a title, concluding with an offer to join me on my journey of social work. This book is based on real life. Nothing is fictional; nothing is hyped or tamed down. This book shares the joys and sorrows of social work and geriatrics. This book tells how the now deceased coach, professor, and social worker / coworker has affected me. This book tells the real life stories of my late Grandma and late Father.

I asked in the reading of this book, either for pleasure, occupational developmental, and/or academic exercise that my readers and audiences not cherry-pick chapters or skip around. These chapters and the journeys told in the chapters build as the book progresses.
