Bethan Roberts

Natural de Abingdon, Inglaterra, publicou cinco romances e escreve histórias e dramas para a BBC Radio 4. Os seus livros incluem The Pools, publicado em 2007 e vencedor do Jerwood/Arvon Young Writers’ Award; The Good Plain Cook, livro escolhido pela Radio 4 da BBC para o programa Book at Bedtime, e O Meu Polícia, a história de um agente dos anos 50, a sua mulher e o seu amante, em breve a ser transformado num filme original da Amazon, protagonizado por Harry Styles e Emma Corrin. Roberts é também autora de Mother Island e Graceland e escreve ficção curta, pela qual ganhou o Olive Cook Award, da Sociedade de Autores, e o Pin Drop Award. Ensinou Escrita Criativa na Universidade de Chichester e no Goldsmiths College, em Londres. Mora em Brighton com a sua família.
