Start Living With an Abundance of Health

I printed my first edition of Let's Get Healthy, Saints! in 1991. It was based on the inspiration of the Holy Spirit coupled with my experience as a nutritionist, health consultant, and health food stores owner in Israel. I used the Bible as the major foundation for the book. My book was very well received, and it blessed many people with godly and commonsense principles on how to lead a healthy lifestyle and prevent disease. However, my ministry became involved and my schedule hectic, and after several moves and trips to many nations, I lost the manuscript! I cannot think of a better time to rewrite the book with even more information and by the power of His Spirit. The lead Scripture was and still is the following, "The thief comes only to steal, slaughter, and destroy. I have come that they might have life and have it abundantly!"- John 10:10 TLV 

If you follow the principles in this book, you will be in much better shape, and if you change your nutrition to Biblical and commonsense nutrition, your body and soul will be much happier.
