ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Robert Lomas

Dr. Robert Lomas, one of the most notable experts on Freemasonry, has written some of the most reliable encyclopedias to date. Ancient Masonic symbols have shaped who we are and continue to influence us to this day, but few outside the secret society of Freemasons know how to decode them. He is the author of several classics on the history of Freemasonry, such as... Freemasonry and the Birth of Modern Science – The Invisible College, Turning Hiram's Key, Turning the Templar Key, The Secret Power of Masonic Symbols, in addition to The Book of Hiram and Uriel's Machine, both co-authored with Christopher Knight, and all published in Portuguese by Madras Editora. Dr. Lomas holds a degree in electrical engineering and received a Ph.D. for his research in solid-state physics and crystalline structures. She has established herself as one of the world's leading authorities on the history of science and teaches information systems at one of the world's best business schools, the University of Bradford. Our author is a popular speaker on the Masonic lecture circuit, a regular speaker at the Orkney Science Festival, and highly sought after for live lectures streamed over the internet to Masonic groups worldwide.
