Henry Porter, born in 1953, is a journalist and writer. As a journalist, he has written throughout his career for the best British news newspapers: "Sunday Times", "The Guardian", "Observer", "Evening Standard" and "Sunday Telegraph". He is the British editor of the American magazine "Vanity Fair" and divides his time between New York and London. As a writer, he is undoubtedly one of the great names in the new English-language spy novel.
