ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Ilse Sand

Ilse Sand holds a degree in theology from Aarhus University, where she later wrote her master's thesis on C. G. Jung and Søren Kierkegaard. She has additional training in various psychotherapy approaches and is a member of the Association for Psychotherapy in Denmark.
After serving as a pastor in the Danish National Church, she now works as a supervisor, trainer, speaker, and therapist.
