ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Ben Kane

Born in 1970 in Kenya, but moved to Ireland with his family when he was 7 years old. He studied Veterinary Medicine in Dublin, and then travelled extensively around the world, giving vent to his passion for ancient history.
He visited nearly 70 countries, on every continent. Today, he lives in England with his wife and family.
He is a best-selling historical novelist. Sunday Times, specializing in the Roman Empire era, known for several series within this same genre. His books have been published in more than ten countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Greece, Russia, and the Netherlands.
