Barbara Taylor Bradford

Barbara Taylor Bradford (Leeds, 10 de maio de 1933 – 24 de novembro de 2024) nasceu e cresceu em Inglaterra. Começou a sua carreira no Yorkshire Evening Post e trabalhou depois como jornalista em Londres. O seu primeiro romance, Uma Mulher, foi um bestseller instantâneo e, desde então, já escreveu mais vinte e seis romances. Os seus livros venderam já mais de 82 milhões de exemplares em mais de noventa países e quarenta línguas, tendo sido por diversas vezes adaptados para o cinema e a televisão.
