John Layman

John Layman trabalha na indústria de comics há mais de duas décadas, inicialmente como editor na Wildstron (hoje um selo da DC Comics), e a partir de 2002 como escritor a tempo inteiro, escrevendo argumentos não só para BD, mas também para vídeojogos.
Ao longo dos anos escreveu histórias para quase todas as personagens e editoras, mas mais recentemente tornou-se no escritor regular de várias séries de Batman.
Mas Chu (em inglês Chew) tornou-se de longe na sua série mais popular, e já lhe valeu dois Prémios Eisner e dois Prémios Harvey.
