Andrew Knapp

Andrew Knapp é professor emérito de política francesa e história contemporânea da Universidade de Reading. Também lecionou nas Universidades de Paris-2, Paris-3 e Paris-7, além de Oxford. A sua pesquisa cobriu partidos políticos franceses Le Gaullisme après de Gaulle (Paris, Seuil, 1996); Partidos e o sistema partidário em França (Basinstoke: Palsgrave Macmillan, 2004)), Política francesa do pós-guerra (como editor: The Uncer Foundation: France no Liberation, 1944-47 (Basinstoke: Palsgrave Macmillan, 2007)) e, mais recentemente, no bombardeio aliado da França: Forgotten Blitzes: França e Itália sob ataque aéreo aliado, 1940-1945 (Londres: Continuum, 2012); Les Français sous les bombes alliées, 1940-1945 (Paris: Tallandier, 2014); e, como coeditor Bombardements 1944: Le Havre, Normandia, França, l'Europe (Rouen: Presses Universitaires de Rouen et du Havre).
