This book is to return the body of Christ, that is to believe the words of the bible for it holds life to the readers and hearers and the strength to stand and hold by faith, the solid rock. We must take the unconditional love and forgiveness, back to the family by God''s grace and mercy. He holds us responsible to set a good example as mature sons and daughters of God to make the right choice.

The conclusion of this book is that life gives us tow spirits; one of righteousness and on of darkness. There will be trials and storms on the journey of life. We must understand that man has no control of himself but to accept change and grow to the good there is and hold fast to the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

We must change to grow!
