The name Absence of Intelligence was given to Mavis out of the blue. It came to her attention about how some people act when they have a certain position in power. When they mix the power with drugs and alcohol, they become elusive or stupid; thinking they can do what they want to do regardless of others welfare or being. They have an absence of intelligence.
