Yves Robert nasceu em 1967 em Lisboa e é filho de pais belgas. Licenciado em Informática, foi professor assistente no IADE e trabalhou como copywriter na área do marketing direto. Neste momento é programador de web e mobile apps. Tem contos publicados tanto em Portugal como no Brasil, tendo o seu conto Traz um Amigo Também, Ficção de Polpa 2, Ed. Não Editora, sido adaptado para uma curta-metragem que ganhou prémios em festivais internacionais. Reside em Sintra com a mulher e a filha.
