Nasceu em Luanda, a 31 de outubro de 1983. Passou parte da infância em Angola e mudou-se com a família para a África do Sul. Foi mãe aos 28 anos e em 2013 mudou-se para Portugal com o marido, o jornalista Luís Costa Branco, e o seu filho Kendi. Em 2014 nasceu Chloé. Os 35 quilos que ganhou depois das gravidezes tornaram-se parte da sua história de vida. A forma decidida e saudável como os perdeu valeu-lhe milhares de seguidores nas redes socias.
