Dra. Wenqian Chen formou-se na Universidade de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa de Tianjin, na China, tendo começado a exercer no Hospital Nankai Tianjin, em 1986, uma instituição conhecida por integrar a prática da MTC com a Medicina Ocidental.
Chegou a Portugal em 1992 e fundou o Centro de Terapias Chinesas, em Lisboa, onde com a sua mestria tem cuidado e curado pacientes de todas as proveniências e necessidades.
