Nasceu em 2005, no Porto e estuda, atualmente, Direito na Universidade do Porto. Ler sempre foi uma paixão, para Vitória os livros são um dom que os escritores nos dão.
Escreveu o seu primeiro livro aos seus 13 anos. Em 2020 publicou-o, em 2021 lançou a sequela "Será Contigo?" e em 2022, o seu primeiro livro infantil, "Helena, a Hiena". Adora contar histórias às crianças e declamar poesia quase tanto como ama escrever.
