Vítor Martins

Vítor Martins é Economista. Foi Diretor do Gabinete de Planeamento e do Gabinete de Integração Europeia do Ministério da Indústria, tendo representado esse Ministério na Comissão de Integração Europeia durante as negociações de adesão de Portugal à CEE. Entre 1985 e 1995, foi Secretário de Estado da Integração Europeia nos três Governos liderados por Cavaco Silva. Integrou o Conselho de Orientação Estratégica da Associação Notre Europe, fundada por Jacques Delors e foi colaborador do Center for European Policies Studies.
