Vítor da Cunha Oliveira

Vítor da Cunha Oliveira holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law. He also has specializations in Banking Law and Auditing.
He attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, the Faculty of Law at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University, and the Higher Institute of Economics and Management.
Throughout his long career, he has developed extensive legal activity related to the world of business and corporations.
He has extensive professional experience in providing legal consulting and advisory services to companies, particularly in the areas of Contract Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Economic Law, and Tax Law.
He is a full member of the Portuguese Tax Association.
He has published works on Commercial, Administrative, and Tax Law.
He is also the author of technical papers and articles in various publications.
