Vítor Costa

Vítor Costa was born in Lisbon in 1964 and has been interested since early on in topics related to understanding the origin of life and human relationships. A coach and Enneagram specialist, he has transmitted this ancient wisdom in courses, workshops, lectures, retreats, and training sessions for organizations and companies. He pursued his academic studies at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon and worked in the field of communication, in the creative direction of advertising agencies and in the production of television series, also collaborating with various newspapers and magazines. He has participated in several photographic and editorial projects and published... Portuguese with Sugar, a book about the Amazon with a preface by the master and visual artist Júlio Pomar. He actively participated in podcast "No Disguise" He co-authored and acted in the play of the same name, two projects inspired by the interpretation of the nine personality types according to the Enneagram. He is a member of the board of directors of AEPORT – the Portuguese Enneagram Association, and founder and mentor of ARCA – Performance and Self-Knowledge, facilitating processes of personal growth and transformation.
