Vilma Martins

Vilma Martins nasceu em Lisboa, a 20 de outubro de 1979. Até aos 17 anos residiu na Sertã, de onde partiu em 1997 para estudar Psicologia da Saúde, na Universidade do Porto. Mudou-se para Lisboa em fevereiro de 2003, iniciando a sua carreira de psicóloga no Hospital de S. José. Ao longo de 17 anos, foi-se especializando nas áreas de Psico-Oncologia, Cuidados Paliativos e Apoio no Luto. Desde tenra idade se sentiu atraída pelas cores, o movimento e o significado das palavras. Em 2011 nasceu Vicente, seu filho e fonte de inspiração criativa. O seu livro Coisas de Vicente resulta de momentos partilhados entre ambos e reflete o mundo sob a leitura atenta do olhar de uma criança.
