Victor Oliveira Mateus

Victor Oliveira Mateus (n 1952) é licenciado em Filosofia pela Univ. Clássica de Lisboa. Tem publicados treze livros de poesia e dois romances.
É Prémio Eugénio de Andrade (2013) pela União dos Escritores Brasileiros do Rio. Foi-lhe concedido o título de "Huésped Distinguido" pelo Ayuntamiento de Salamanca. Tem publicados livros em Espanha e no México, e textos em Itália, Roménia, EUA, Brasil, Equador e Macau. É membro do PEN Clube Português a cuja Direção pertenceu e da APCL (Associação Portuguesa de Críticos Literários).
