Victor Cha

Victor Cha é um conceituado investigador e autor, especialista em assuntos coreanos e segurança internacional. É membro do Centro de Estudos Estratégicos e Internacionais de Washington, D.C., e docente na Universidade de Georgetown, com uma cátedra sobre a Coreia. Foi diretor para os Assuntos Asiáticos no Conselho de Segurança Nacional da Casa Branca, duas vezes académico Fullbright e bolseiro em Harvard e Stanford, entre outras instituições de prestígio. Em 2023 recebeu o Prémio Hubert H. Humphrey, pelo seu serviço público notável, da Associação Americana de Ciência Política. O seu trabalho oferece uma análise profunda e acessível da Coreia, o que o torna colaborador assíduo da imprensa especializada e de órgãos como MSNBC ou a NBC News.
