Vera Carvalho

Vera Carvalho was born in Lisbon in 1980 and has been working in the field of plant-based cooking since 2014.
Throughout her career, she has worked as a consultant in the restaurant and hospitality industries, taught classes and workshops on vegetarian and ethnic cuisine, and founded the project. Eat Love — a catering service specializing in 100% plant-based foods — where she is the executive chef. Her passion for cooking stemmed from a desire to inform and disseminate knowledge about healthy eating. The goal was to show that it's easy to adopt new eating habits that provide us with a better quality of life.
