Vasco Medeiros Rosa, editor, jornalista e investigador literário nascido em Lisboa em 1958, publicou cinco livros sobre Raul Brandão e organizou mais de uma dezena de coletâneas de escritos de autores portugueses, das quais a mais recente é Só o Esquecido É Passado de Pedro da Silveira (2 tomos, 2022-23). Em 2021 compilou toda a obra açórica de Pierluigi Bragaglia: Tosão de Ouro. Açores, séculos XV-XXI. Tem em preparação outros trabalhos sobre figuras e temas açorianos, e colabora com regularidade na imprensa regional. Em 2012-15 organizou o espólio e três exposições biográficas sobre Rosa Lobato de Faria, além dos volumes A Noite Inteira Já Não Chega: Poesia 1983-2010 e Pedra Rara: dispersos e inéditos. O seu primeiro livro foi uma fotobiografia da atriz Beatriz Costa: Avenida da Liberdade, de 2003.
