Valdemiro de Carvalho Fernandes

Nasceu a 07 de Setembro de 1977, no município da Maianga, Luanda. Licenciou-se em Contabilidade e Administração, pelo Instituto Superior Técnico de Angola.
Entre 2013 e 2014, tornou-se Mestre em Administração de Negócios – numa parceria entre o Instituto Superior Técnico de Angola (ISTA) e a Florida Christian University.
Em 2016 concluiu o Doutoramento em Gestão de Negócios pela AmericanLibertyUniversity (ALU).
Cargos desempenhados destacam-se os de Chefe de Secção de Património e Estatística da Delegação Municipal da Educação do Rangel, Secretário-Geral da Administração Municipal do Rangel, Chefe de Departamento de Planeamento do Governo Provincial de Luanda.
