Ulisses Correia e Silva

José Ulisses de Pina Correia e Silva, natural da Cidade da Praia, casado e pai de dois filhos, licenciou-se em Organização e Gestão de Empresas, no Instituto Superior de Economia da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, em 1988. Desempenhou funções de chefia no Banco de Cabo verde e foi docente na Universidade Jean Piaget, na Praia, de 2001 a 2006. Desempenhou o cargo de Secretário de Estado das Finanças (1995/1998), Ministro das Finanças (1999/2000) e Deputa do à Assembleia Nacional (2002/2008). Exerceu funções de Presidente da Câmara Municipal da Praia, de 2008 a 2015. Exerce o cargo de Primeiro-Ministro desde 2016.
