Ulemba Rio de Chagas

Ulemba Rio de Chagas, nasceu em 1976 no Dondi, Katchiungo, província do Huambo, em Angola. É engenheiro de petróleos, licenciado em engenharia geológica pela Universidade de Évora (Portugal) e mestre em ciências e engenharia de petróleos pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (São Paulo, Brasil). Foi docente, colaborador, na Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologias, da Universidade Jean Piaget de Angola.
Escreve poesia e contos em Português, Inglês e Umbundu desde a adolescência. O gosto pela leitura e escrita foi-lhe infundido pelo seu pai Tito Dachala. A pintura a óleo e a fotografia são outros dos seus interesses. Reside atualmente em Luanda, Angola.
