Ticas Graciosa nasceu em Idanha-a-Nova, no último dia da primavera de 1985. Psicóloga Social e das Organizações, formadora certificada, passou por diversas empresas até ter criado as suas próprias marcas no setor da organização de eventos, a Casar com graça e a Flores com graça. É autora de dois podcasts ligados às áreas da saúde mental: Páginas com graça e Dam.

Gosta de dizer que a vida, quando encontramos os caminhos e os colos certos para lhe suportar o peso, tem muita graça, vai-se tornando leve, cada vez mais leve.
