Tiago Martins é engenheiro na área das energias fósseis, nasceu em Paris e trabalha em La Défense, mas tem uma paixão: a história de Portugal. Aliás, criou uma conta nas redes sociais sobre a história de Portugal.
A gastronomia é outra das suas paixões e durante dois anos, contactou mais de 60 Chefs de cozinha, espalhados pelo mundo, de Portugal e França até aos Estados Unidos, Canadá, Macau, Brasil e Japão. Todos lhe enviaram receitas de pratos da gastronomia portuguesa e Tiago Martins completou com uma nota histórica relacionada com a História de Portugal.
