Thomas C. Bruneau
Thomas C. Bruneau is Professor Emeritus of Homeland Security at Naval Postgraduate School, of the US Navy, in California, where he was also director of Center for Civilian Military RelationsHe worked for the American government until 2013 in the area of security. He is an expert on various topics in this field, including gangs and street crime, civil-military relations, and the structure and reform of defense intelligence services.
