Teresa Messias é Doutorada em Teologia Espiritual.
Passou pela Licenciatura em Medicina na UN de Lisboa que cedo deixou para viver uma experiência de vida cristã como consagrada.
Trabalhou no Patriarcado de Lisboa em vários sectores.
Colabora com a Faculdade de Teologia da UCP.
Desde 2002 está associada à missão apostólica da Companhia de Jesus. Dá regularmente Exercícios Espirituais de Santo Inácio. Acompanha a Comunidade de Vida Cristã (CVX) em Portugal.
