Teresa Fialho

Teresa Fialho é licenciada em direito pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Começou a sua carreira em Espanha, desempenhando funções nas áreas de gestão de lojas e gestão de projetos na C&A. Integrou a Iberconsult em 1994 como consultora e diretora de projeto e foi manager da área de human capital da Deloitte entre 2003 e 2006. Atualmente, é membro da comissão executiva da My Change, que fundou em 2006. É certificada em coaching pela ICF (International Coach Federation) e em change management pela LaMarsh Global.
