Tatiana Lazzarotto nasceu no Sul do Brasil em 1985. Desembarcou na cidade de São Paulo em 2011, onde vive até hoje. É mestra em Estudos Culturais pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP) e graduada em Jornalismo e em Letras-Português na Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (Unicentro). É coorganizadora de duas antologias: Cartas de uma pandemia: testemunhos de um ano de quarentena e Imagens de coragem. Em 2020, a autora foi contemplada pelo edital ProAC, com o projeto que deu origem ao seu romance. Quando as árvores morrem é seu primeiro voo solo na literatura. @tatiana.lazzarotto
