Psicóloga, partilha o seu dia a dia com crianças e jovens em contexto terapêutico e escolar.
Da sua experiência como psicoterapeuta surgem os primeiros livros, que pretendem ser, essencialmente, ferramentas de apoio para pais, técnicos, professores e, assim, facilitarem a abordagem de várias temáticas, de uma forma lúdica e criativa.
Através do seu trabalho tenta promover a Saúde Emocional.
