Doutorada em Psicologia, foi premiada várias vezes por projetos inovadores em Gestão de Talento e Igualdade, e esteve no ranking das pessoas mais inovadoras pelo Financial Times. Atualmente é Managing Partner da SHL Portugal, coordena a Pós Graduação de RH e leciona Gestão da Mudança no ISEG. Comprometida com a diversidade e inclusão, integra a Task Force do iGen e cocoordena o cluster ODS 5 do GRACE. Anteriormente, foi Organizational Diretor da VdA, tendo feito o start up do departamento de RH e o lançamento da VdA Academia.
