Nasceu em 1967 perto de Paris, filha de pais portugueses, chegou a Portugal em 1985 para estudar Direito na Universidade de Lisboa. Apaixonou-se pela cidade e pelos portugueses, acabando por viver na Parede na linha de Cascais desde então.
Profissionalmente enveredou pela área do Desporto, mas é a leitura e tudo o que rodeia os livros que a motiva a lançar-se no mundo da escrita. "O Despertar das Sombras" é o seu primeiro romance.
