Sónia Simões

Sónia Simões nasceu em 1982. Foi grande repórter no jornal Observador, onde trabalhou sobretudo na área da Justiça. Recebeu o prémio Dignitas em 2015 na categoria de Jornalismo Digital. Foi uma das autoras do trabalho de investigação «Em Silêncio», sobre os abusos sexuais na Igreja em Portugal, publicado em 2019 e distinguido com vários prémios de jornalismo, entre eles o Gazeta de Multimédia. Trabalhou como jornalista no Correio da Manhã, 24 horas e Diário de Notícias, onde integrou a equipa de Grande Investigação, com a qual publicou quatro livros: O Estado a que o Estado Chegou, O Estado do Parlamento, O Estado da Saúde e O Estado do Ambiente (Gradiva). Licenciada em Jornalismo e pós-graduada em Criminologia, estuda Direito, é consultora e dedica-se à comunicação de crise.
