Silvia Silvestre, natural da freguesia de Santo António (Funchal) e nascida a 26 de junho de 1989, é formada em Engenharia civil pela Universidade da Madeira. Posteriormente, em 2017, adquiriu uma Pós-Graduação em Segurança no Trabalho.
Nos últimos três anos, ao encontrar-se desempregada, dedicou-se à Investigação que resultou, em 2021, na publicação do seu primeiro livro "As Estradas Reais da Ilha da Madeira".
