Sílvia Álava

Sílvia Álava é doutorada em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde. Desempenha as funções de psicóloga sanitária e educativa, especializada em Psicoterapia, professora universitária e divulgadora científica. É diretora do Centro de Psicologia Álava Reyes e assessora várias sociedades científicas às quais pertence. Autora de diversos livros, também é conferencista e colabora com diferentes meios de difusão. Foi-lhe atribuído o Prémio de Comunicação da Ordem dos Psicólogos de Madrid.
