Sara Norte nasceu em Lisboa, a 8 de abril de 1985. Aos quatro anos aparece pela primeira vez na televisão, num anúncio de detergente, e aos doze a sua participação na série Médico de Família torna-a famosa. O fim da adolescência é uma fase problemática da sua vida.

Torna-se viciada em cocaína e entra numa espiral de acontecimentos terríveis que só para quando é detida, em Espanha. Está presa e longe quando a mãe morre.

Hoje, completamente livre de drogas, retomou a carreira de atriz e é uma mulher adulta e diferente. Mais madura e que sabe o que quer.
