Sara Martins é natural da cidade do Porto e tem dois filhos. O interesse pelo desenvolvimento infantil levou-a a seguir o caminho da Psicologia Clínica, área em que trabalha desde 2015. Acredita que os livros são uma preciosa ferramenta para abordar e trabalhar vários temas junto das crianças. Depois de "Uma bolinha diferente", surge o seu segundo livro: "Guia para os irmãos mais velhos".
