É formada em Ciências da Comunicação e tem uma pós-graduação em Audiovisual e Multimédia, percurso que a conduziu à escrita de novelas e séries para canais generalistas. Esteve envolvida em projetos de grande audiência, como Sangue Oculto, Os Eleitos e A Protegida. O seu trabalho tem sido reconhecido no cinema independente, tendo vencido o 48 Hour Film Project Lisboa 2021 com o prémio de Melhor Argumento (Samanta: Má ou Santa), e internacionalmente, com distinções no New York Film Festival (Melhor Telenovela 2023 e Melhor Série Juvenil 2025).
