Sara Broco é natural de Bragança e, desde criança, ama a leitura. Formada em Engenharia Mecânica nunca esqueceu o sonho da escrita. Devorou romances enquanto adolescente e sonhava ser como aqueles escritores. Foi neles, e através das suas palavras, que foi buscar a sua inspiração para finalmente iniciar o seu percurso como autora. Publicou poemas no jornal enquanto estudante. Escreveu os prefácios dos livros editados pela sobrinha. Conta com dois contos na compilação Contos ao Vento, tendo-se estreado como autora com o livro À Procura de Ti.
