Sandra Soares

Sandra Soares nasceu a 26 de abril de 1976 em Matosinhos. Desde muito nova, a sua maior paixão era a literatura e a escrita, Fernando Pessoa era a sua inspiração. Líder nata e obstinada, trabalhou 10 anos num grande grupo português onde desenvolveu as suas competências no desenvolvimento humano. No ano 2010, criou a sua empresa Be Yourself, viajou durante 3 anos, onde se especializou nas áreas do Coaching, PNL, Hipnose, Criatividade, Constelações Sistémicas e muitas outras áreas que reúne no que ela denomina "a minha caixa de ferramentas". Coach, formadora e terapeuta, tem como missão: "Colocar o meu talento ao serviço dos outros".
