Sandra Soares

Sandra Soares was born on April 26, 1976, in Matosinhos. From a very young age, her greatest passion was literature and writing; Fernando Pessoa was her inspiration. A natural and determined leader, she worked for 10 years in a large Portuguese group where she developed her skills in human development. In 2010, she founded her own company. Be YourselfShe traveled for 3 years, where she specialized in the areas of Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis, Creativity, Systemic Constellations, and many other areas that she brings together in what she calls "my toolbox." A coach, trainer, and therapist, her mission is: "To put my talent at the service of others."
