Licenciada em Ciências da Comunicação, pela Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. Jornalista há duas décadas, com experiência na rádio, televisão e imprensa, onde foi colaboradora do DNa, subeditora no Diário de Notícias e integrou a equipa fundadora do Sol. Conta vários prémios de jornalismo. Atualmente, é freelancer.

Viajou por meio mundo e tem um blogue de viagens. Desenvolve trabalhos de Storytelling. É autora do projeto de livros personalizados, Short Stories.

Em 2014 escreveu a biografia da investigadora do hiv/sida, Odette Ferreira, Uma Luta, Uma Vida – Nem Precisava de Tanto (bac/Sopa de Letras).
