Samra Habib

Samra Habib é escritora, fotógrafa e ativista. Como jornalista, tem abordado temas que vão desde as tendências da moda e as aplicações de encontros para muçulmanos até ao aumento da islamofobia nos EUA. Os seus artigos foram publicados no The New York Times, no The Guardian e no The Advocate, e o seu projeto fotográfico, "Just Me and Allah", foi apresentado na Nylon, i-D, Vanity Fair Italia, Vice e The Washington Post.
Trabalha com organizações LGBTQIA+ a nível internacional, promovendo a sensibilização para questões que afetam pessoas muçulmanas queer no mundo inteiro. Foi nomeada uma das "21 pessoas muçulmanas LGBTQIA+ que estão a mudar o mundo" pela revista The Advocate. Sempre Estivemos Aqui é o seu primeiro livro.
