Sabrina Christiane nasceu em França, filha de pais portugueses, e desde cedo encontrou nas palavras uma forma de libertação emocional. Aos 33 anos, decidiu partilhar pela primeira vez o seu percurso íntimo com a saúde mental, num testemunho cru, real e transformador.
Prisioneira da Minha Própria Mente é o seu livro de estreia, inspirado na vivência com ansiedade, depressão, anorexia e pensamentos suicidas. A escrita tornou-se o seu espaço de cura, e esta obra, um grito de resistência e empatia.
Mais do que contar a sua história, Sabrina escreve para dar voz a todos os que ainda não conseguiram contar a sua.
