Viveu e trabalhou na Europa, África e EUA. Atualmente é diretor de recursos humanos de uma multinacional de referência do setor da saúde. É licenciado em sociologia e doutorando em comportamento organizacional (ISCSP). Possui um Executive MBA e mestrado em gestão (ISCTE/INDEG Business School) e o Advanced Management Program (Kellogg School of Management/Católica Lisbon). Foi-lhe atribuído o prémio «Gestor RH do Ano – 2010» pela RH Magazine.
