RUI MIGUEL PINTO nasceu em 1994 e é natural de Benavente, vila ribatejana onde ainda reside. Frequentou o curso de História da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa. Aliar o interesse pela História com a paixão pela escrita acabou por se tornar inevitável, dado o seu entusiasmo por enigmas medievais. Desde criança que escrever um thriller que envolvesse a Ordem dos Templários fazia parte dos seus planos, que agora concretiza. As referências literárias que mais inspiram a sua escrita são Dan Brown, Daniel Silva e Luís Miguel Rocha.
